The pup in the picture is Zona. She's a 5 mos old
Belgian Malinois bitch. The toy that the pup is playing with is by CRAZY DOG and
it's called a Bumble Ball. It is battery operated (batteries actually came with
it) and it whirs and tumbles around on the floor. Zona quite loves it and
usually goes into a play bow while barking at it and then chases it down the
hallway. It is certainly an interactive toy and she must be supervised. It is
not intended for a dog with over-the-top toy drive, like her big brother as he
will pick it up and try to make it stop moving...permanently.
I let her play with it every other day or so and always put it away so it
remains that cool but elusive toy. I think that's what gives it its ongoing
appeal.
On a scale of 1 to 10, Zona rates this toy a 7.
