Iditarod Update #16
Lance Mackey and team travel down Front Street in Nome, Alaska to claim their second consecutive Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race title.
Lance listens intently as Alaska Governor Sarah Palin congratulates him on his most recent victory.
And might I add:
Special thanks to KTUU -TV for broadcasting the race finish so I could provide these photos. Now I'm going to stay up and watch Jeff King come in on the Nome web cam.
