Reporting in from the 2006 Iditarod in Anchorage, Alaska, where our
very own reporter calls home, we welcome Robin Rosay.
Iditarod Stuff
Hi There!
I took enough pictures at the ceremonial start of the Iditarod to send a
few every day until someone gets to Nome.
I took a vacation day so I could take my time and shoot from a few
different locations. I had a blast.
The first photo is Bjornar Andersen of Norway. He was last year's
rookie of the year, placing fourth.
The second photo is race
sweetheart, DeeDee Jonrowe and the third is a local musher named Lori
Townsend.
