Dogs Behaving Badly 
Jean Donaldson is the author of a wonderful book which gives great insight into how dogs really are, The Culture Clash. (Another book of Jean's worth reading is Dogs are from Neptune. It deals with aggressive dogs, etc.) Jean's information and training ideas are outstanding and her "Question of The Month" and "archives" are wonderful. (A native Montrealer!)
